Philosophy And Aims

Philosophy:

  • Creating an awareness of the inextricable link between the mind, body, emotions and the spirit

  • Using and applying this knowledge so that balance, harmony and healing is natured and sustained within the student and his/her client.

  • Encouraging the student to acquire confidence and an opportunity to grow and to develop to his/her full potential

  • Providing the student with an environment in which he/she becomes aware of and understands the necessity to practice the therapies in a holistic manner

  • Acknowledging each student and his/her differences

  • Training the student in a way which allows them to treat his/her client with respect and as an individual

Aims:

Our aim is to provide a friendly, caring and supportive environment, which is conducive to learning and acquiring new skills.

  • The courses are designed to be of a professional standard and provide a stimulating, fun, enjoyable and interactive setting in which to study and learn.

  • Our outlook and philosophy is holistic in nature and this is very much reflected in the courses that we offer.

  • Our approach is flexible, wherever possible, so that courses can be adapted to suit the individual student. This is especially so through the process of continuous student assessment.
  • Continued help, advice and support are available for students at all times.

  • Membership of a post-graduate association is available on graduation.

  • Safe and effective working practises relating to health and safety issues for the student and client are taught.
