A Two-Day Introduction to
Reflexology

Reflexology Course

"This is one of the best courses I have ever attended. It was fun and enjoyable. I found it informative and enlightening and I am now able to perform a reflexology treatment with confidence.

Bharat taught well with clarity and attention to detail. The explanations were thorough and the demonstrations easy to follow. I really enjoyed the practise during the course." Monique Haynes

Reflexology is an ancient, holistic therapy which is now established as a popular, complementary therapy amongst medical professionals and healing practitioners. The feet and hands contain reflex areas which correspond to all parts of the body.

By stimulating these points, the body's own healing powers are activated, bringing the body and mind into balance and harmonising its functions.

Reflexology is natural, safe and non–invasive and is extremely relaxing and stress relieving, breaking down tension. It improves blood and lymph flow, revitalises energy, strengthens the immune system and releases toxins from the body. It regulates nerve function and can help with pain relief.

Reflexology can also free deep-seated emotional and mental blockages and those problems associated with stress and tension It can help in treating the causes and symptoms of any imbalances in the body. Reflexology is great as a preventative measure as well as a means of maintaining and extending good health.
