Terms and Conditions of Enrolment:

  • The School must be notified in advance if the student is unable to attend a study day/weekend.
  • Students are required to attend 100% of the course sessions.
  • The School reserves the right to make changes to the course material, dates and locations of training and examination dates.
  • Completion and return of booking forms with the appropriate remittance are necessary for enrolment to take place.
  • An administrative charge of £20 is applied where the student wishes to change to another class.
  • Payment for the course/courses can be done in full upon enrolment or by a deposit and full payment of the balance on the commencement date of the course.
  • Deposits of the course fees are non-refundable in the case of student cancellation. A minimum of one month's notice in writing is required for cancellation to avoid cancellation fees. The cancellation fees is 20% of the outstanding payments.
  • The student may be excluded from further attendance if there is a failure to pay the fees on time.
  • The School reserves the right a) to decline an application without reason, in which case all fees paid, will be refunded and b) to terminate from the course a student it feels is disruptive or for any other reason deemed unsuitable in which case no fees will be refunded.
  • The course material is tutor's copyright. No student is allowed to use the course material before, during or after qualifying. The course material may only be reproduced with the written agreement of the School.
  • No responsibility is accepted by the School for any loss, damage or theft of personal property.
